Issuance of rendering for over-the-counter permits or full Blueprints set service: architectural, Engineering Plans, calculations and additional reports. Permit issuance: City Expedition, Clearances submittal & handling, Title 24 reports and RTI. •Conversions/change of occupancy •ADU •Room addition •New construction •Remodeling Structural re-layout
